We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and strategic support to the Director. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage confidential information and ensure the Director's daily operations run efficiently.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage the Director's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the Director and internal/external stakeholders.
- Draft, review, and manage emails, letters, presentations, reports, and other business documents.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and ensure timely follow-up on action items.
- Coordinate with various departments to monitor project progress and ensure deadlines are met.
- Handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion.
- Organize board meetings, client meetings, conferences, and company events.
- Track important tasks, commitments, and follow up with concerned departments.
- Maintain records, files, and documentation in an organized manner.
- Conduct research, collect data, and prepare reports to support business decisions.
- Support the Director in strategic initiatives and special projects.
- Manage domestic and international travel, including visas, accommodation, and itineraries.
- Perform any additional responsibilities assigned by the Director.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- MBA will be an added advantage.
Experience
- 5–8 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role supporting senior management.
- Experience in manufacturing, logistics, trading, or infrastructure industries is preferred.

- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to anticipate the Director's requirements and work independently.
- Willingness to travel when required.
- Flexible to work beyond standard business hours, if necessary.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
