Job Responsibilities
- Inbound and outbond Sales Telecaller
- Handle incoming customer inquiries regarding loan and financial products.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Assist customers with the application process and documentation.
- Follow up on leads and ensure timely conversion.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Contact potential customers through calls and explain company products and services.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Update customer information and call outcomes in the CRM system.
Requirements
- Graduate or Undergraduate candidates can apply.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Experience in Telecalling, Sales, Fintech, Banking, NBFC, or Loan Sales will be preferred.
