Service Sales Support Specialist

We are looking for a Service Sales Support Specialist to support our Service Sales team in managing key commercial and proposal activities related to service sales opportunities.
The role will be responsible for preparing high-quality sales and bid support documents, coordinating internal inputs, and ensuring timely submission and system closure of commercial documents.
Key Responsibilities

Support the Service Sales Expert and field sales team in day-to-day service sales activities

Build early-stage services rough order of magnitude services proposals based on input received from the field sales team

Prepare bid process supporting documents such as qualification documents, review board meeting presentations etc.

Prepare Statements of Work (SOW) documents and drive them through the internal approval system for reviews and closure

Develop RFQ/RFP response documents in coordination with internal stakeholders

Prepare quotations, proposals, and other commercial documentation

Coordinate with sales, legal, operations, finance, and technical teams to collect required inputs

Maintain accurate records in CRM/ERP and ensure documentation is complete and up to date

Track proposal, contract, and customer documentation status to support timely submission and closure

Support customer follow-up and internal coordination to ensure smooth execution of service sales processes
