Job Summary
We are looking for a results-driven Tele-Sales Executive to drive onboarding of OCM channel partners (Medical Store Owners / Clinic Operators) through structured calling, lead qualification, and consultative pitching. This role requires strong communication skills, discipline in follow-ups, accurate CRM/LMA updates, and the ability to convert interested leads into active OCM partners.
The ideal candidate is comfortable speaking to business owners, understands sales funnels, and can work independently in a remote setup while being accountable for outcomes. Work Mode & Language Requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to new and existing leads generated through social media, website, campaigns, referrals, and organic sources.
- Pitch the OCM Partner Program professionally to Medical Store Owners and Clinic Operators.
- Clearly explain platform benefits, consultation models, pricing/subscription plans, and onboarding process.
- Build and maintain a structured sales funnel from lead → interested → converted → activated.
- Ensure daily updating of leads, call outcomes, follow-ups, and customer feedback in the Lead Management Application (LMA).
- Resolve sales-related queries during calls and handle objections confidently.
- Take ownership of leads until onboarding is completed and handed over to the activation/support team.
- Achieve monthly lead conversion and onboarding targets.
- Coordinate with field teams, support teams, and operations to ensure smooth partner activation.
- Capture and document Voice of Customer (VoC) to help refine pitches and improve conversion.
- Follow defined calling discipline, follow-up cadence, and compliance guidelines.
Other Responsibilities
Identify bottlenecks in the sales process and suggest improvements.
- Assist in creating repeatable pitch guidelines, FAQs, and call scripts.
- Support upselling or plan upgrades when applicable.
- Participate in periodic sales reviews and performance discussions.
Job Specifications Education:
Graduate (minimum requirement)
Experience:
- 1-4 years of experience in Tele-Sales / Inside Sales / B2B Calling.
- Prior experience selling to small business owners, retailers, clinics, or service providers preferred.
Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Negotiation and persuasion skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets
- CRM/LMA discipline and data accuracy.
- Objection handling and follow-up management
