- Site Supervision: Provide on-site supervision to ensure that work is being carried out according to specifications outlined in construction plans, drawings, and contracts.
- Quality Assurance: Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure that
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of project activities, including daily progress reports, site inspections, and change orders.
- Coordination: Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project to ensure alignment of goals and effective collaboration.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain positive relationships with clients by addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the construction industry, with specific experience in site engineering/ Project Manager.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, techniques, and materials.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction plans, drawings, and specifications.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Solid understanding of health and safety regulations and best practices.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with various stakeholders.
