Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including journal entries, ledger maintenance, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records in compliance with accounting standards.
- Process vendor invoices, employee reimbursements, and payment transactions.
- Generate customer invoices and monitor accounts receivable, ensuring timely collections.
- Maintain accounts payable records and coordinate with vendors regarding payments.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
- Prepare MIS reports and financial summaries for management review.
- Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances, including return filings and reconciliations.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities during audits and assessments.
- Maintain payroll-related accounting entries and support payroll processing, if required.
- Monitor cash flow, expense tracking, and budget utilization.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records.

- Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
- 3–6 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, bookkeeping, and financial reporting.
- Hands-on experience with GST, TDS, bank reconciliations, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally ERP/Tally Prime, Zoho Books, or similar ERP/accounting systems.
- Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, and financial reporting).

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
