After Sales Service Manager
Location : Lal Kuan, Ghaziabad

Salary: 30,000-40,000 ( depends on interview )
- Oversee the complete Return Material Authorization (RMA) process from receipt to closure.
- Analyze returned materials to identify root causes such as manufacturing defects, installation issues, transit damage, product misuse, or technical failures.
- Maintain accurate records of returned products, repair status, replacements, and warranty claims.
- Prepare detailed reports on return trends, failure rates, recurring product issues, and service performance metrics.
- Develop and implement after-sales service policies, warranty policies, return and replacement guidelines, and escalation procedures.
- Ensure compliance with company policies regarding repairs, replacements, warranties, and customer service standards.
- Optimize inventory levels to minimize service delays while controlling operational costs.
- Establish SOPs for service operations, material returns, inventory management, and customer complaint handling.
- Monitor service KPIs such as turnaround time (TAT), return rates, warranty claim resolution, and customer satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement to reduce product returns and enhance service efficiency.
- Collaborate with vendors, distributors, and internal departments to ensure smooth service and material flow.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
