Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Strategy: Design and execute multi-channel outreach campaigns (such as cold emailing, LinkedIn outreach, and PPC) to promote brand awareness and attract target audiences.
- Lead Qualification: Assess prospective leads to determine their potential, budget, and readiness for sales engagement to ensure a high conversion rate.
- Database & CRM Management: Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to track, manage, and analyze prospect data, ensuring seamless lead handoff to the sales team.
- Team Leadership: Manage, train, and support a team of lead generation specialists to ensure they achieve campaign success and high performance.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor KPIs such as Cost Per Lead (CPL), Conversion Rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS), adjusting strategies based on real-time analytics.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: Typically 3+ years in B2B sales, digital marketing, or business development, with prior team management experience.
- Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with marketing automation software, email extraction tools (like Snov.io), and CRM platforms (such as Salesforce or HubSpot).
- Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to interpret market trends, traffic behavior, and performance data to guide decision-making.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication for crafting compelling outreach copy and building rapport with prospects.
Pay: ₹9,868.93 - ₹90,622.46 per month
