We are looking for enthusiastic and career-oriented freshers to join our team as a US IT Recruiter Intern.
This internship provides an opportunity to learn end-to-end US IT recruitment processes, candidate sourcing, screening, client coordination, and hiring practices with guidance from experienced recruiters.
Responsibilities:
- Source and screen candidates through job portals and LinkedIn
- Understand client requirements and identify suitable candidates
- Coordinate interviews and candidate follow-ups
- Maintain recruitment trackers and update reports
- Learn US IT recruitment processes and industry practices
Requirements:
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome
- Strong interest in US IT Recruitment
- Willingness to learn and grow in recruitment
- Good communication and follow-up skills
- Must be comfortable working in the 2nd shift (US Time Zone)
Growth Opportunity:
Based on performance during the internship, candidates will have the opportunity to transition into a Full-Time US IT Recruiter role.
