Job Summary:
Beast Forever Gym is looking for a passionate, energetic, and knowledgeable Fitness Trainer who can guide members toward their fitness goals, provide workout assistance, and create a motivating gym environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide members with proper workout techniques and gym equipment usage
- Create basic workout plans as per fitness goals (weight loss, muscle gain, strength, etc.)
- Assist members during training sessions and ensure safety
- Motivate and engage members to maintain workout consistency
- Maintain discipline, hygiene, and positive gym environment
- Support in floor activities, fitness challenges, and member engagement
- Help convert walk-in inquiries into memberships (preferred)
Requirements:
✔ Basic knowledge of strength training & fitness
✔ Good communication and client handling skills
✔ Physically fit and presentable personality
✔ Experience in gym training preferred
✔ Certification in fitness/training will be an added advantage
✔ Freshers with confidence and passion for fitness can also apply
Preferred Skills:
- Personal training knowledge
- Diet/basic nutrition guidance
- Strong motivational and interpersonal skills
- Sales/conversion mindset (bonus)
