Key Responsibilities
- Conduct live product demonstrations for prospective and newly signed-up customers.
- Lead customer onboarding and implementation from kickoff to go-live.
- Configure customer accounts and assist with initial software setup.
- Train customers through online meetings and in-person sessions when required.
- Guide users through platform features, workflows, and best practices.
- Coordinate with customers to collect implementation requirements.
- Assist customers with data migration and system configuration where applicable.
- Resolve basic product queries and coordinate with the technical team for complex issues.
- Ensure timely completion of implementation milestones.
- Track onboarding progress using CRM or project management tools.
- Build strong customer relationships to improve product adoption.
- Gather customer feedback and share product improvement suggestions with internal teams.
- Create implementation documentation and training materials.
- Follow up with customers after go-live to ensure successful adoption.
Required Skills

- Ability to understand software workflows quickly.
- Comfortable conducting training sessions over Zoom or Google Meet.
- Good organizational and project coordination skills.
- Basic understanding of SaaS products and cloud software.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–4 years of experience in SaaS implementation, ERP, HRMS, CRM, EMR, POS, or software onboarding.
- Experience in customer success or implementation roles is preferred.
- Freshers with exceptional communication skills may also be considered.
