Job Summary
Fiestro Holidays Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and strategic Senior HR Manager to lead the Human Resources function. The ideal candidate will oversee the complete employee lifecycle, drive talent acquisition, implement HR strategies, ensure compliance, and foster a high-performance work culture aligned with the organization's goals.
Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for leadership, technical, and non-technical roles.
- Develop and implement effective hiring strategies.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand workforce requirements.
- Ensure accurate employee records and HR documentation.
Performance Management
- Design and manage performance appraisal systems.
- Monitor employee performance and career development plans.
- Support managers in goal setting and performance improvement initiatives.
Employee Relations
- Build and maintain a positive workplace culture.
- Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters.
- Drive employee engagement, recognition, and retention initiatives.
- Manage HRMS, attendance, leave, and employee data.
- Coordinate payroll inputs and ensure timely processing.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
