Position: Canada Case Manager Documentation
Location: Kochi (Preferred)
Salary Range: ₹45,000 – ₹55,000 per month
Mandatory Requirements
Minimum 3–8 years of relevant experience in Canada Permanent Residency (PR) documentation and visa processing.
Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
Hands-on experience in preparing and managing Canadian immigration applications.
Strong understanding of IRCC (Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada) regulations, immigration programs, and documentation requirements.
Key Skills Required
Experience in preparing and submitting Canada PR applications under various immigration pathways.
Practical knowledge of Canadian immigration programs, including:
Express Entry (EE)
Federal Skilled Worker Program (FSWP)
Canadian Experience Class (CEC)
Federal Skilled Trades Program (FSTP)
Provincial Nominee Programs (PNPs)
Atlantic Immigration Program (AIP)
Rural Community Immigration Pilots (where applicable)
Family Sponsorship
Permanent Residence Portal processes
Experience in preparing and reviewing:
Express Entry Profiles
Provincial Nominee Applications
Settlement Plans
Employer-related documentation
Police Clearance Certificates (PCC)
Medical Examination requirements
Proof of Funds documentation
Employment Reference Letters
Educational Credential Assessment (ECA) reports from organizations such as WES, IQAS, ICAS, CES, ICES, and MCC (where applicable)
IELTS/CELPIP language documentation
Core Responsibilities
Prepare, review, and submit Canadian PR applications accurately and within prescribed timelines.
Review employment reference letters and recommend necessary modifications to meet IRCC requirements.
Verify client documents against Company and IRCC documentation checklists.
Guide clients regarding documentation requirements, immigration procedures, and application timelines.
Collect supporting documents and provide suitable alternatives wherever required.
Ensure all applications are complete, accurate, and compliant before submission.
Keep updated with changes in Canadian immigration policies, IRCC regulations, CRS score updates, and Provincial Nominee Program requirements.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, application progress, and document submissions.
Provide timely updates to clients regarding application status.
Handle client concerns, documentation issues, and escalations professionally.
Guide and mentor junior documentation executives on Canada PR processes, documentation standards, and quality requirements.
