- Managing day-to-day accounting operations of the company.
- Maintaining sales, purchase, payment, receipt, and journal entries in accounting software.
- Preparing vouchers, invoices, bills, and maintaining proper financial records.
- Handling bank-related work including reconciliation, cheque processing, and online transactions.
- Managing GST-related work including billing, filing, and maintaining GST records.
- Preparing monthly salary sheets and coordinating with HR for payroll processing.
- Maintaining petty cash records and monitoring daily expenses.
- Coordinating with vendors, clients, and internal departments regarding accounts and payments.
- Preparing financial reports, MIS reports, and supporting management with account statements when required.
- Ensuring proper documentation, audit support, and compliance with company financial policies and legal requirements.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
