Vice President, Full-Stack Engineer
We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President,Full-Stack Engineer to join our AI HUB Engineering team. This role is located in Pune.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Design, develop, enhance, and maintain scalable, high-performing transactional systems .
- Provide hands-on technical leadership as an individual contributor , driving solution design and development without direct people management responsibilities.
- Build robust and efficient applications using Java and related enterprise technologies.
- Develop and optimize database solutions, including schema design, query tuning, and performance improvement.
- Contribute to the implementation of DevOps practices , including build, release, deployment, and environment management processes.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and reliable application deployment across environments.
- Monitor application health, troubleshoot issues, and implement performance tuning improvements to ensure reliability and scalability.
- Leverage AI-enabled tools to improve engineering productivity, code quality, automation, and operational efficiency.
- Participate in architecture and design discussions to ensure systems are secure, maintainable, and aligned with business requirements.
Communicate clearly with stakeholders, team members, and partner teams to drive alignment, resolve issues, and support delivery outcomes.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- Strong hands-on experience in Java development with the ability to build enterprise-grade applications.
- Solid understanding of database technologies , including data modeling, SQL optimization, and transactional data processing.
- Proven experience designing and developing transactional systems with a focus on scalability, resilience, and performance.
- Familiarity with secure software development practices and production support processes
- Good understanding of DevOps principles , CI/CD pipelines, and deployment methodologies.
- Experience with application monitoring , observability tools, issue diagnosis, and performance tuning .
- Familiarity with AI-enabled tools and their application in software development, engineering productivity, or operational support.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently on complex technical challenges.
- Effective communication skills , with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- 8 to 10 years of experience in Application development, infrastructure support, cloud technology
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or equivalent
