Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to lead the design and development of scalable Salesforce solutions. This role requires expertise in Apex programming, Lightning Web Components (LWC), integrations, and Salesforce architecture. The ideal candidate will have experience mentoring junior developers and guiding best practices in Salesforce development.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex solutions on the Salesforce platform.
- Lead development efforts for Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integrations.
- Architect scalable solutions and enforce development best practices.
- Work closely with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Optimize existing platform performance and actively identify opportunities to improve security and code quality.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure high-quality development.
- Evaluate and propose adoption of new Salesforce features each release cycle
Requirements
- 2 - 4 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- Expertise in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and JavaScript.
- Strong experience with Salesforce integration using REST/SOAP APIs, and external services.
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce security, data modeling, and governor limits.
- Experience working with Salesforce release processes, deployments, and rollback strategies.
- Experience with Salesforce DX (SFDX), Git-based version control, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Salesforce Platform Developer II certification is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to lead technical discussions.
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
