Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist with at least 1 year of experience in bulk hiring. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing high-volume recruitment, sourcing quality candidates, coordinating interviews, and ensuring timely closures while maintaining a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for bulk hiring across multiple roles.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial telephonic interviews, and assess candidate suitability.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified candidates to meet hiring targets.
- Ensure timely closures while meeting quality hiring standards.
- Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process.
- Update and maintain recruitment trackers, ATS, and candidate databases.
- Coordinate walk-in drives, campus drives, and mass hiring events when required.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment reports.
- Ensure compliance with company hiring policies and recruitment processes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition with a focus on bulk hiring.
- Experience hiring for BPO, Sales, Customer Support, Manufacturing, Retail, or similar high-volume roles is preferred.
- Hands-on experience with job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.
- Basic knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is an advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
