We are looking for a Product Manager to drive the vision, strategy, and execution of our digital products. This role sits at the intersection of business, technology, and customer needs, ensuring that product investments deliver measurable business value while creating exceptional user experiences. Working closely with Engineering, Architecture, UX, QA, and business stakeholders, you will own the product lifecycle from ideation to delivery and continuous improvement.
Define and communicate the product vision aligned with business objectives.
Develop and maintain the product roadmap based on customer needs, market trends, and strategic priorities.
Identify opportunities to improve customer experience, operational efficiency, and business outcomes.
Evaluate market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to guide product direction.
Gather and analyse business requirements from customers and stakeholders.
Translate business needs into clear product features, epics, and user stories.
Define product goals, success metrics, and release objectives.
Prioritise the product backlog using business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility.
Balance short-term delivery with long-term product strategy.
Own and manage the product backlog.
Work closely with Scrum teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood.
Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Clarify business requirements and acceptance criteria throughout the development lifecycle.
Make timely prioritisation decisions to maximise value delivery.
Build strong relationships with customers, business leaders, and cross-functional teams.
Gather customer feedback through interviews, workshops, and product usage insights.
Communicate product vision, roadmap, and release plans to stakeholders.
Manage stakeholder expectations while balancing competing priorities.
Collaborate with Engineering Managers and Solution Architects to plan product releases.
Ensure features meet business objectives, quality standards, and customer expectations.
Support user acceptance testing and production readiness activities.
Monitor product adoption and recommend continuous improvements.
Define and monitor key performance indicators.
Analyse product performance using customer feedback, usage metrics, and business data.
Make data-driven decisions for future enhancements.
Track feature adoption, customer satisfaction, and business outcomes.
Work closely with Engineering Managers, Solution Architects, UX/UI Designers, QA Engineers, DevOps Engineers, business stakeholders, Sales and Customer Success teams, and executive leadership.
Ensure alignment across teams throughout the product lifecycle.
Leverage Generative AI tools (GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot) to accelerate the creation of PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and stakeholder communications.
Evaluate AI-powered features and capabilities for prioritisation within the product portfolio.
Use AI-assisted analysis to synthesise customer feedback, usage data, and research at scale.
Maintain awareness of emerging Generative AI and LLM capabilities to inform product strategy and prioritisation decisions.
Collaborate with Solution Architects and Principal Engineers to define requirements for AI-powered product features.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, or Software Delivery.
Minimum 3 years of experience managing digital or software products.
Experience working in Agile software development environments.
Proven experience managing product roadmaps, stakeholder expectations, and delivery priorities.
Experience working with enterprise software products is preferred.
Strong experience with product roadmap planning and product lifecycle management.
Expertise in requirements gathering, backlog management, and release planning.
Strong understanding of customer-centric product development and product discovery practices.
Experience utilizing data and customer insights to drive prioritization and decision-making.
Strong business analysis, process improvement, and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
Ability to balance short-term delivery objectives with long-term product strategy.
Good understanding of modern software development practices and product delivery processes.
Familiarity with cloud-native applications, REST APIs, system integrations, and software development lifecycles.
Understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies.
Familiarity with Microsoft Azure and SaaS-based products is an advantage.

Professional certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO), SAFe Product Manager/Product Owner, or Pragmatic Institute certifications are an advantage.
Experience working in a medical device, hearing aid, or regulated healthcare product environment is a strong advantage. Familiarity with Software as a Medical Device (SaMD) concepts, design control processes, and the regulatory requirements that govern digital product development in this domain will be highly valued.
Exposure to Quality Management Systems (QMS) in regulated industries — particularly ISO 13485 — and an understanding of how regulatory requirements shape product requirements, change control, and documentation practices across the product lifecycle.
Knowledge of applicable regulatory frameworks, including FDA 21 CFR Part 820, EU Medical Device Regulation (MDR 2017/745), or TGA requirements for medical devices, and their implications for product planning, release approval, and post-market surveillance obligations.
