The Business Architect also develops detailed business cases that align with the client s vision, ensuring that strategic objectives are clearly articulated and actionable. Collaboration with various stakeholders to align business goals and drive transformation initiatives is a key aspect of the daily workflow.

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead strategic discussions to align business objectives with technology solutions.
- Facilitate communication between business units and technical teams to ensure clarity and shared understanding.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
