Your Role & Responsibilities
- Manage incoming leads and client inquiries via calls, emails, and WhatsApp
- Prepare and share accurate quotations for 3D printing services (FDM, SLA, SLS)
- Follow up with clients for approvals and order confirmations
- Coordinate closely with the production team to ensure timely delivery
- Maintain and update CRM/database for leads, customers, and orders
- Generate invoices and handle order-related documentation
- Track sales activities and prepare regular reports
- Provide basic technical guidance to clients regarding our services
- Build strong client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction
What We’re Looking For
- Graduate in any discipline (Business or Marketing preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience as a Sales Executive or in customer handling
- A basic understanding of 3D printing is an added advantage
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills
- Experience in manufacturing or technical service industries
- Familiarity with CRM tools
- Strong follow-up and client conversion skills

- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
- Salary: As per industry standards
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
