Core Responsibilities (All Levels)
- Implement, configure, and maintain Cornerstone OnDemand modules such as:
- Learning (LMS)
- Performance Management
- Recruiting
- Succession & Development
- Compensation (if applicable)
- Work closely with HR business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system configuration.
- Set up and manage:
- Learning assignments, curricula, certifications
- Roles, permissions, security and organizational units (OU structure)
- Workflows, email notifications, and custom fields
- Perform system testing, UAT support, defect fixing, and production deployments.
- Handle data loads, imports, exports, and reporting requirements.
- Provide post‑implementation support, enhancements, and system optimizations.
- Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with Cornerstone Support when required.
Technical Skills Required
- Strong hands‑on experience with Cornerstone LMS (mandatory).
- Experience with at least one Talent module is preferred.
- Solid understanding of:
- OU framework
- Security roles & permissions
- Learning assignments, curricula, playlists
- Experience with integrations & data feeds.
- Strong reporting knowledge (Standard & Custom Reports).
- Knowledge of Cornerstone APIs / Edge / Connectors (preferred).
- Exposure to global HR processes is a plus.
