Role Overview
We are seeking a Partner Program Manager to build, scale, and manage the partner ecosystem for Aroopa Apps. This role will focus on onboarding Shopify agencies, consultants, and technology partners to drive recurring revenue and expand market reach.
You will design and execute a structured partner program that enables partners to successfully sell, implement, and grow with Aroopa Apps.
Responsibilities

Build and scale partner ecosystem (agencies, resellers, consultants)

Design partner tiers, incentives, and commission structures

Recruit and onboard new strategic partners

Enable partners with training, demos, and sales tools

Drive partner-led revenue growth and referrals

Manage co-marketing campaigns and webinars

Track partner performance, KPIs, and revenue contribution

Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams
Requirements

3–5 years in partnerships, SaaS sales, or business development

Strong experience with agencies or channel partners

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot / Salesforce)

Analytical mindset with KPI-driven execution

SaaS or Shopify ecosystem experience preferred
