We are looking for an energetic, design-minded Interior Sales & Design Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will help customers transform their living or commercial spaces by combining high-end furniture sales with personalized layout planning. You will be responsible for guiding customers from their initial showroom visit to final product delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consultative Sales: Greet clients, understand their aesthetic and space requirements, and recommend suitable furniture pieces, fabrics, and finishes.
- Space & Design Planning: Review client floor plans or photos to propose cohesive furniture layouts and custom arrangements (using 2D/3D layout software or visual mood boards).
- End-to-End Project Management: Prepare quotes, process orders, track lead times, and coordinate with delivery teams to ensure a smooth, premium customer experience.
- Business Development: Build and maintain relationships with local interior designers, architects, real estate stagers, and corporate clients to generate repeat trade orders.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Proven sales experience in furniture, home decor, luxury retail, or interior design.
- Strong understanding of interior aesthetics, color palettes, space planning, and materials.
- Ability to read basic floor plans and architectural drawings.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and deal-closing skills.
- Degree/Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture is a strong plus.
Pay: From ₹350,000.00 per year
