Job Summary
We are looking for a result-driven Sales Officer to drive business growth in the Delhi market. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting clients, closing sales, and maintaining strong relationships with dealers, contractors, and project clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned territory
* Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, and references
* Meet architects, contractors, builders, and distributors
* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
* Prepare and deliver product presentations to clients
* Negotiate pricing and close deals
* Coordinate with internal teams (design, operations, logistics)
* Track market trends and competitor activities
* Maintain CRM records and sales reports
Key Requirements :
* 2–5 years of experience in field sales (preferably building materials / steel / panels / PEB)
* Strong network with dealers, contractors, or project clients
* Good communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to work independently and achieve targets
* Basic knowledge of MS Excel / CRM tools
* Willingness to travel within Bangalore and nearby areas

Roofing sheets
Sandwich panels
Steel / TMT / structural products
Cement / adhesives / construction materials
Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
