Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets.
- Manage and expand distributor, dealer, and retailer networks.
- Lead, motivate, and monitor the performance of the sales team.
- Identify new business opportunities and strengthen existing customer relationships.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Ensure product availability and effective distribution across assigned territories.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis.
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to execute promotional activities.
Requirements
- Proven experience in FMCG sales and team management.
- Strong knowledge of distribution channels and retail sales.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
