We are looking for an experienced and reliable Figma Designer based in India or Bangladesh to join our team full-time and work remotely.
Role Overview
The selected candidate will be responsible for converting existing design assets provided in .JPG and .PNG formats into clean, organized, and fully editable Figma files. Attention to detail, consistency, and strong design execution are essential for this role.
Responsibilities
- Convert provided .JPG and .PNG designs into high-quality Figma files
- Recreate layouts, components, typography, spacing, and visual styles accurately
- Maintain organized Figma structures and naming conventions
- Collaborate with the team and incorporate feedback efficiently
- Ensure all files are production-ready and easy for developers to use
Requirements
- Based in India or Bangladesh
- Relevant degree in Design, UI/UX, Graphic Design, or related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience using Figma
- Strong understanding of UI design principles and layout systems
- High attention to detail and consistency
- Reliable, professional, and able to meet deadlines
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Previous experience working remotely is a plus
