Role Overview
1. Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels
2. Screen resumes and shortlist candidates as per role requirements
3. Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
4. Conduct initial HR screening calls
5. Maintain recruitment trackers and update candidate status
6. Draft job descriptions and post job openings
7. Support employer branding and campus outreach initiatives
8. Ensure smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Requirements
- Prior experience of 1-2 years of recruitment or talent acquisition (mandatory)
- Proficiency in English Communication (spoken and written)
- Proficiency in using ATS (Preferred)
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
