Key Responsibilities
Production Floor Support
- Assist press operators with setup and preparation of print jobs
- Load paper, plates, ink, and other materials into printing machines
- Remove finished print materials from press and stack properly
- Support digital and flexo printing operations
- Help in adjusting paper alignment and feeding materials
- Ensure smooth workflow between printing and finishing departments
Post-Press & Finishing Support
- Assist in cutting, folding, binding, laminating, and packaging
- Sort and prepare printed materials for dispatch
- Check basic print quality (smudges, misalignment, color issues)
- Label and pack finished goods according to job orders
Equipment & Safety
- Maintain cleanliness of machines and production floor
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Handle materials safely to prevent damage or injury
- Report mechanical issues or material shortages to supervisors
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in printing, manufacturing, or warehouse environment is an advantage
- Ability to lift paper bundles and stand for extended periods
- Basic understanding of printing processes (digital or offset) preferred
- Willingness to work shifts and overtime when required

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
