Project Planning Engineer / Planning Expert

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Planning Engineer to support the planning, scheduling, monitoring, and control of an international site-based project in Latin America. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in EPC, industrial, infrastructure, or large construction projects and possess strong expertise in Primavera P6.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the project master schedule using Primavera P6.
- Prepare baseline schedules, work breakdown structures (WBS), and project milestones.
- Monitor project progress and compare planned versus actual performance.
- Identify schedule deviations, delays, and critical path activities.
- Prepare recovery plans and recommend corrective actions.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and site execution teams.
- Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, S-Curves, dashboards, and management reports.
- Monitor procurement, material delivery, and resource utilization.
- Participate in client review meetings and planning discussions.
- Support delay analysis, Earned Value Management (EVM), and project controls activities.

Qualification
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or a related engineering discipline.
- PMP certification is an added advantage.
Pay: From ₹100,000.00 per month
