Job Summary
The HR Executive is responsible for handling day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, employee documentation, attendance, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, and employee engagement activities. The role ensures smooth HR functioning and compliance with hospital policies.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Coordinate manpower requirements with department heads.
- Post job vacancies on job portals and social media.
- Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
- Conduct initial HR interviews.
- Issue offer letters and appointment letters.
- Complete joining formalities and documentation.
- Conduct induction for new employees.
2. Attendance & Payroll Support
- Maintain daily attendance records.
- Monitor leave records and maintain leave register.
- Prepare monthly attendance sheet for payroll processing.
- Coordinate with accounts for salary processing.
- Handle payslip distribution.
3. Employee Records & Documentation
- Maintain employee personal files.
- Update employee database.
- Prepare ID cards and maintain HRMIS records.
- Handle confirmation, probation, and appraisal documentation.
4. Statutory Compliance
- Maintain PF & ESI records.
- Coordinate for labour law compliance.
- Maintain statutory registers as per hospital norms.
5. Employee Relations
- Address employee queries and grievances.
- Support disciplinary procedures.
- Assist in employee engagement activities.
- Coordinate training and CME programs.
6. Exit Formalities
- Conduct exit interviews.
- Prepare relieving and experience letters.
- Process full & final settlement.
Qualification
- MBA in HR or related field.
- 5-6 years experience in hospital / healthcare sector preferred.
Skills Required
- Good communication skills.
- Knowledge of labour laws.
- Payroll and attendance handling knowledge.
- MS Excel & HR software knowledge.
- Good coordination and interpersonal skills.
