Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to manage the company’s financial operations, ensure accurate record-keeping, and support business decisions through financial insights. The role involves handling daily accounts, tracking project costs, and maintaining compliance with statutory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
· Maintain day-to-day accounting records (sales, purchases, expenses, receipts)
· Prepare and manage invoices, bills, and payment entries
· Handle accounts receivable and payable
· Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow
· Prepare monthly financial reports and profit/loss statements
· Assist in budgeting and cost tracking for interior projects
· Ensure timely GST filing and compliance with tax regulations
· Coordinate with auditors and support during audits
· Maintain proper documentation of financial transactions
· Support management with financial data for decision-making
Requirements
· 1–3 years of experience in accounting (experience in interiors/manufacturing preferred)
· Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
· Familiarity with GST, TDS, and basic taxation
· Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, Excel)
· Good analytical and organizational skills
· Attention to detail and accuracy
· Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Preferred Skills (Bonus)
· Experience in project-based accounting or costing
· Knowledge of inventory and material tracking
· Familiarity with billing for customized furniture/interior work
· Experience using ERP or CRM systems
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
