Center Manager – EdTech Learning Center
Experience Required
1–2 years in centre operations, education management, student coordination, or EdTech institute handling.
Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and organised centre manager to oversee the daily operations of our EdTech learning centre. The candidate will be responsible for managing students, faculty coordination, admissions support, centre administration, and ensuring smooth academic operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of the learning center
- Handle student inquiries, admissions, and onboarding process
- Coordinate with trainers/faculty for batch scheduling and class management
- Monitor student attendance, performance, and feedback
- Ensure smooth functioning of online/offline classes and technical setup
- Maintain center records, reports, and MIS data
- Support marketing and lead conversion activities
- Handle parent/student counseling when required
- Ensure high student satisfaction and retention
- Supervise support staff and maintain discipline at the center
- Achieve monthly operational and admission targets
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of EdTech platforms and MS Office
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities
- Problem-solving and multitasking skills
- Ability to manage students and coordinate with teams
- Customer handling and counseling skills
Qualification(s)
- Graduate in any discipline
- Preference for candidates from an education, Management, or EdTech background
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 1–2 years of experience handling an education/training center
- Experience in student management and operations
- Comfortable with CRM/software tools and reporting
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
