Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Telemarketing Executives to connect with prospective students and parents, generate qualified leads, schedule counselling appointments, and support our admissions team.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents.
- Explain MBBS Abroad and Study Abroad programs.
- Generate and qualify leads.
- Schedule appointments for counsellors.
- Follow up with enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, SMS, and email.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM.
- Build positive relationships with prospective students.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills in Tamil and English (Hindi is an added advantage).
- Good convincing and negotiation skills.
- Pleasant telephone etiquette.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets, CRM).
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Handle basic queries professionally and escalate complex enquiries when required.
Eligibility
- Any Graduate or Diploma.
- Freshers are welcome.
- Experience in Telemarketing, Telecalling, Customer Support, BPO, Education Counselling, or Sales will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
