We are hiring a Factory Manager for our mirror manufacturing unit. The candidate will manage daily production, labour, quality control, material usage, packaging, and dispatch timelines. Experience in factory/workshop management is required. Experience in glass, mirror, furniture, LED, metal, or interior product manufacturing will be preferred. The candidate must be able to handle workers, maintain production reports, reduce delays/rework, and ensure orders are completed on time with proper quality.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
