Job Title: Telesales Executive
Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Telesales Executive to join our team in Haridwar. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound sales calls, converting leads into appointments/sales, and maintaining strong customer relationships through effective communication and follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads and databases.
- Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into appointments or sales opportunities.
- Explain products and services to customers and address their queries effectively.
- Follow up with potential customers to maximize conversions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Generate and nurture leads through regular communication and relationship-building.
- Prepare and submit daily sales reports and performance updates.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in telesales, telecalling, customer service, or inside sales.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills in Hindi; English communication will be an added advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

- Strong follow-up and customer handling skills.
- Ability to build rapport and convert inquiries into sales.
