Job Summary
SEFORGE Limited is seeking enthusiastic Engineer Trainees to join our Foundry team. This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates and diploma holders who are passionate about manufacturing and eager to build a career in the foundry industry. Selected candidates will gain hands-on experience in foundry operations, production processes, quality systems, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in day-to-day foundry production activities.
- Support melting, moulding, core making, pouring, shakeout, and fettling operations.
- Monitor production processes to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams.
- Prepare production reports and maintain process documentation.
- Participate in process improvement and productivity initiatives.
Qualifications
- B.E. Mechanical Engineering or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are encouraged to apply.
Preferred Skills
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing or foundry processes.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong willingness to learn and work on the shop floor.
- Ability to work in shifts.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office).
