Job Overview
Moto Control System is looking for a detail-oriented PCB Assembler to join the production team. The role involves assembling, soldering, testing, and inspecting Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs) used in motor control and industrial automation products. The ideal candidate should have good hand-eye coordination, basic electronics knowledge, and a commitment to quality workmanship.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble electronic components on PCBs as per assembly drawings and work instructions.
- Perform through-hole and SMD component soldering.
- Inspect assembled PCBs for defects, missing components, and soldering quality.
- Conduct basic functional testing and troubleshooting of assembled boards.
- Read and interpret assembly drawings, BOMs, and production documents.
- Maintain quality standards during the assembly process.
- Handle electronic components and PCBs according to ESD safety procedures.
- Coordinate with production and quality teams to resolve assembly-related issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Support production targets and continuous improvement initiatives.
Eligibility Criteria
- ITI / Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Electronics, Electrical, ECE, EEE, or a related field.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of electronic components and PCB assembly processes.
- Ability to use soldering tools and assembly equipment.
- Good attention to detail and quality awareness.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in PCB assembly, soldering, testing, or electronics manufacturing will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of through-hole and SMD soldering techniques.
- Familiarity with ESD handling procedures and quality inspection processes.
- Experience in troubleshooting basic electronic circuits is preferred.
