About the Role
We are seeking an experienced SEO & Website Growth Manager to drive organic traffic, improve search rankings, manage our websites, and generate qualified leads. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently managing SEO strategy, technical optimization, website performance, and digital growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic traffic and rankings.
- Conduct keyword research, on-page SEO, technical SEO, and backlink initiatives.
- Manage and optimize company websites for performance, user experience, and conversions.
- Monitor website health, speed, Core Web Vitals, and SEO issues.
- Create and optimize landing pages and website content.
- Track performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.
- Coordinate with developers, designers, content writers, and external agencies.
- Generate qualified inbound leads through organic channels.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on SEO and website management experience.
- Strong knowledge of technical SEO and website optimization.
- Experience with WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, or similar CMS platforms.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and SEO tools.
- Proven track record of increasing organic traffic, rankings, and lead generation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
