We Are Hiring – Training Officer
Magic Bus India Foundation is looking for passionate and dynamic professionals for the role of Training Officer for the Livelihoods Programme.
Location: Across Hyderabad Locations
Experience:
2–3 Years of experience in Youth Teaching, Training's.
Salary: 30–32K + Allowances
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver employability skills, life skills, IT skills, and financial literacy training
- Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions for youth
- Support youth in career planning, placements, and further education pathways
- Monitor trainee progress and provide mentoring support
- Coordinate with placement teams and community stakeholders
- Maintain training records, attendance, and reporting data
Eligibility:
* Bachelor’s Degree in any stream
- 2–3 years of experience in training, youth development, employability, or skill development programmes
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and local language
- Basic computer knowledge and presentation skills
- Passion for working with youth and community development
- Experience in employability or life skills training preferred
