Key Responsibilities-
- Research and identify target prospects based on business requirements.
- Collect, verify, and maintain accurate email databases from various sources.
- Build and segment prospect lists for targeted email marketing campaigns.
- Create, manage, and optimize email marketing campaigns for lead generation and customer engagement.
- Develop compelling email copy, newsletters, and promotional communications.
- Execute bulk email campaigns while ensuring high deliverability rates.
- Monitor campaign performance, including open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
- Generate and qualify leads through email outreach and nurture campaigns.
- Maintain email database hygiene and ensure compliance with email marketing best practices.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to achieve lead generation goals.
Requirements-
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Email Marketing, Lead Generation, or Digital Marketing.
- Hands-on experience with email marketing tools such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo, Apollo, Instantly, or similar platforms.
- Experience in prospect research, lead sourcing, and email list building.
- Strong understanding of email deliverability, domain reputation, and campaign optimization.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management processes.
- Excellent written communication and email copywriting skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and generate insights.
- Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets for data management and reporting.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
