Position: Sr. Consultant - SAP FICO
Experience: 10+ years (Implementation/Support/Rollout projects)
Location: Hyderabad/Kolkata/Bangalore (WFO)

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Requirement Analysis – Gather and analyze financial and accounting requirements, conduct workshops, and map business processes to SAP FICO functionality.
✅ System Configuration & Implementation – Configure SAP FICO modules, design financial solutions, and ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules.
✅ Financial Accounting – Manage General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, and Asset Accounting setup.
✅ Controlling – Configure Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, and support budgeting and profitability analysis.
✅ Reporting & Analytics – Develop financial reports using SAP Fiori and SAP Business Explorer (BEx).
✅ Training & Support – Conduct end-user training and provide ongoing system support.
✅ Documentation & Continuous Improvement – Maintain updated documentation and recommend process enhancements.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or a related field
Proven experience as an SAP FICO Consultant with successful implementation projects
Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and SAP FICO configuration
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
SAP Certification (Good to have):
- SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP S/4HANA for Financial Accounting Associates (latest version)
