Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented GeM & Tender Executive with at least 1 year of experience in handling Government e-Marketplace (GeM) operations and tender management. The candidate will be responsible for identifying tender opportunities, preparing bid documents, managing GeM portal activities, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure successful bid submissions.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and operate the GeM portal efficiently.
Search and identify relevant government tenders and bidding opportunities.
Prepare and submit tender documents within specified deadlines.
Handle product listing, catalog management, and order processing on the GeM portal.
Coordinate with sales, accounts, and logistics teams for tender-related requirements.
Monitor bid status, purchase orders, and contract execution.
Maintain records of submitted tenders, quotations, and contracts.
Ensure compliance with tender terms and government procurement guidelines.
Follow up with government departments and clients regarding bid status and payments.
Prepare reports related to GeM sales, tenders, and order execution.
Required Skills
Hands-on experience with the GeM portal and e-tendering processes.
Knowledge of government procurement procedures.
Good documentation and analytical skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Email communication.
Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tenders simultaneously.
Strong coordination and communication skills.
Qualification
Graduate in any discipline.
Minimum 1 year of experience in GeM operations and tender management.
Experience in electronics, IT products, office automation products, or government supply business will be preferred.
