• Overall coordination with all stakeholders for any project activities • Drive Governance by ensuring adherence to processes, timely reporting, and effective stakeholder alignment across engagements • SPOC for quality kiosk for any first level escalation and discussion. • Ensuring team presence and formal work allocations are done on agreed timelines. • Prioritizing the work as per project discussion and decisions made. • Preparing all documentations which are required as per standard. • Ensure quality and deliverables are given on time. • Following up on tasks which are pending with internal and external stakeholders. • Highlighting the project risk or project concerns to take it forward. • Conducting daily stand-up calls for day today activities for achieving the targets • Planning for catch-up activities in case of any targets which are missed. • Co-coordinating with Automation team to automate and drive automation framework.
