Customer Support (Walk-in Drive)
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused individual to join our Customer Support team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our users, ensuring a smooth and high-quality support experience. You will resolve queries, handle escalations, and contribute to improving overall support processes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle customer queries via chat, email, and calls in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve issues by understanding concerns and providing effective solutions
- Manage and track tickets using CRM tools
- Escalate complex cases to internal teams and ensure timely resolution
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions
- Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements
- Meet individual and team SLAs and customer satisfaction targets
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in customer support or a client-facing role
- Strong communication skills in English and at least one regional language (Malayalam is must)
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple conversations efficiently
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Graduate in any discipline
GOOD TO HAVE
- Prior experience in customer support or e-commerce
- Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
- Additional regional language proficiency (e.g., Malayalam)

- Timings: 2:00 PM 5:00 PM - Interviews and calls will begin strictly from 2:00 PM onwards
