We produce high-end video and photography content for brands, agencies, and direct clients across hospitality, fashion, beauty, lifestyle, and product. The Role
We're looking for a highly creative, experienced Creative Strategist to join our team remotely from India. You'll be the thinking behind the work — shaping campaign concepts, content directions, and brand strategies that our production team brings to life. This is a role for someone who lives and breathes ideas, understands social and brand culture, and can turn a client brief into a sharp, exciting creative direction.
What You'll Do
- Develop creative concepts and campaign ideas for brands across multiple industries
- Translate client briefs into clear, compelling creative strategies and content plans
- Shape brand positioning, tone, and messaging that stands out
- Plan content directions for social media, video, and photography projects
- Research brands, audiences, and competitors to inform strong creative decisions
- Collaborate closely with our Australian team, producers, editors, and clients
- Present ideas clearly and persuasively in writing and on calls
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in creative strategy, content strategy, brand strategy, or a similar role (agency or production background highly valued)
- Genuinely creative thinker — you have ideas, taste, and a strong point of view
- Excellent English — written and spoken; you can write and present ideas clearly and confidently
- Strong understanding of social media, branded content, and modern digital culture
- Ability to work independently, manage your time, and meet deadlines remotely
- A portfolio or examples of past campaigns, strategies, or creative work
- Reliable internet connection and a professional remote setup
Nice to Have
- Experience working with Australian or international brands/agencies
- Familiarity with video and photography production workflows
- Skills in copywriting, scripting, or content writing
