Responsibilities:
- Accountable for over all sales target individually as well as that of the team
- Ensure minimum escalation while ensuring quality services
- Manage and improve upon people, process and technology with respect to telecalling
- Timely attendance to leads for conversion, ensuring overall conversion targets are met
- Ensure input goals such as number of calls, total talk time, average talk time per customer, total follows ups etc. in aggregate and per team members are met
- Support team in dealing with customer concerns & offer advice
- To be single point of contact for any client till the lead is successfully converted
- Regular training of the team members so as to keep them updated with various product modules, sales & negotiation skills, communication skills etc
- Routinely give feedback & directions to the team members for continous improvement
Requirements:
- Experienced as a team leader , handling a team of 12 -15 members
- Possess sound knowledge and understanding of consumer (students and parents) behavior
- Previous educational industry experience is an added advantage
- Learn/ Upgrade ones own product knowledge and sales skills to achieve and exceed growing Sales target (s)
Other Competencies:
- Good communication skills in English , Tamil & Kannada
