Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee records.
- Handle employee relations and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Coordinate training and employee development.
- HR metrics recording & reporting.
- Advise managers on HR matters and resolve workplace issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3 or more years of HR experience.
- Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Experience with HR software is an advantage.
