Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to improve system stability and optimize application performance.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall expertise.
- Coordinate incident management and root cause analysis to prevent recurrence of issues.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Configuration & Release Management.
- Experience with version control systems and automated deployment tools.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and release processes.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex software issues and coordinate cross-functional resolution.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Configuration & Release Management.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
