The Telecaller / Client Outreach Executive plays a critical role in client acquisition and revenue support at Apnabusinez.com.
The position focuses on outbound client communication, lead qualification, follow-ups, and appointment coordination, ensuring a consistent and high-quality sales pipeline for CA and compliance services.
The role requires strong multilingual communication skills, discipline in data handling, and the ability to perform in a target-oriented, professional services environment.

Execute high-volume outbound calling (80–120 calls/day) to prospective and existing clients.

Clearly explain Apnabusinez.com services including GST, Income Tax, Business Registration, ROC, TDS, and Compliance.

Qualify leads using approved scripts, checklists, and eligibility criteria.

Ensure accurate and timely data entry in CRM systems and Google Sheets.

Schedule client appointments and coordinate seamless handover to Sales Executives.

Conduct structured follow-ups on pending leads and inquiries.

Maintain call quality, compliance, and professional communication standards.

Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets.
