We are looking for a talented Performance Marketing Specialist to join our digital marketing agency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads to drive qualified leads, brand visibility, and measurable business growth for our clients.
Role Overview
This role requires a strong blend of strategic thinking, hands-on campaign management, and analytical skills. You will work closely with internal teams to deliver performance-driven campaigns that align with client objectives and business goals. Key Responsibilities
Plan, launch, and manage paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
Develop performance strategies aligned with client goals, industry benchmarks, and campaign objectives.
Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, competitor analysis, and campaign structuring.
Write, test, and optimize ad copies, headlines, CTAs, and campaign creatives.
Manage lead generation, retargeting, remarketing, and conversion-focused campaigns.
Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize for CTR, CPL, ROAS, and conversion rate.
Track campaign results using GA4, Google Tag Manager, pixels, UTM tracking, and platform analytics.
Prepare performance reports, insights, and recommendations for internal and client review.
Collaborate with creative, design, content, and web teams to improve campaign effectiveness.
Ensure efficient budget allocation and media spend optimization across accounts.
Stay updated on evolving ad platform features, trends, and best practices.
Required Skills and Experience
2 to 5 years of experience in performance marketing or paid media.
Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
Good understanding of lead generation funnels, conversion tracking, and campaign optimization.
Familiarity with GA4, Google Tag Manager, pixels, UTMs, and reporting dashboards.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines in a dynamic agency setup.
Excellent communication and client-facing presentation skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience working in a digital marketing agency environment.
Exposure to B2B, SaaS, professional services, or high-value lead generation campaigns.
Knowledge of landing page optimization and CRO principles.
Familiarity with CRM tools, marketing automation, and reporting systems.
Strong command over Excel and campaign reporting.
Pay: ₹11,230.70 - ₹42,999.40 per month
